Section 133
Reasonable And Justifiable Action
On the basis of an application submitted by any civil employee mentioning that he or she has been aggrieved from the privileges or facilities granted under these Rules in respect of the privileges or facilities being received prior to the commencement of these Rules, the Government of Nepal may take action in a reasonable and justifiable manner.
